Solving "Palatable Tissue" for cost feels like making an exotic snack piece by piece, it sounds almost artisanal.
Anyway, at the risk of sounding like a complete idiot, I shall boldly claim to be at min secondary cost, with the following reasoning:
Since track movement is the only movement allowed for min primary, all access requires 1 track space. Also, due to the elemental earth and water atoms in the output, at least one of the inputs must be routed to a bonder in two different ways depending on whether it needs to be calcified or not. Therefore, it is impossible to solve this with only one arm. Using two arms requires that there is 1 access space of overlap to transfer an atom between the two arms.
Counting the total access points of the required components: 2 for inputs, 4 for animismus, 2 for disposal, 1 for calcification, 2 for bonder, 1 overlap space, 1 to translate the output onto a second bonder for the second bond orientation, and (unless I am completely wrong) 1 more is needed to translate the output vertically to avoid unwanted bonds in the output. This totals to 14 track spaces for 160G.
